VOICE Network

VOICE is a national network of volunteer organizations (VOs) and volunteer service programs (VSPs) from different areas and sectors in the Philippines.

VOICE Network links VOs and VSPs for exchanges of information and resources to achieve the common goal of national development through volunteerism.

VOICE was founded as a response to the clamor of volunteer organizations for a new configuration that would uphold complementation and cooperation among themselves and with their partners in the region, as equals. Significantly; VOICE chose to focus on volunteer. "Linking Volunteers" became the VOICE -tag line as the Network pushed its programs for building inclusive, learning communities of in service and post-service volunteers.- Dr. Grace Aguiling-Dalisay, Founder
